- Leader of a professional customer service group- Project manager in operational phase- Act as a Network and IT Consultant to the customer- Evaluate and improve customer's network performance to provide stability and assurance for their business- Provide monthly network performance report- Resolve customer pain and responsible to maintain customer satisfaction

-Monitoring customer network-Receiving complaints from customers-Create ticket complaints-Perform 1st lvl handling-Performing 2nd level checks and analyzing disturbances-Coordination with field engineers if site visits are needed-Updating customer interruption status-Monitoring and closing tickets

- Support 24/7 on call for escalated customer problem all around Indonesia area.- Handle customer’s complain about network failure through e-mail, phone, and whatsapp- Creating trouble ticket based on customers complain- Doing 1st level handling based on LIntasarta services product (VPN, VSAT, Metro-E, MPLS, Radio, Forti, Mikrotik )- Basic Checking failure network via NMS- Provide support and updates to customer during the outage
