Kitabeli is a social commerce that serves tier 2 and 3 cities in Indonesia, as a retention specialist my responsibilities include :- Responsible on mitra cohort performance (Transactions, AUM, AOV, and GMV)- Analyze the retention growth and provide solutions to maximize mitra performance- Maintain relationship and creating engagement activity with around 1500 mitra- Manage both offline and online retention approach based on mitra behavior- Formulate an A/B testing mitra retention program and analyze the result- Execute national mitra retention program and give feedback on what to be improved- Formulate communications strategy to optimize the retention programs result
