Treasury and Fund Management Department)Major Responsibilities:All working on ERP software of PeoplesoftMonitoring of FCY imprest and arrangement of foreign currency from marketPrepared Hard currency by quarterly updated reports.Prepared parts payment schedule of AKU donation accountAssist. in General Ledger System related activities;Preparation of local currency projectionsPrepare Cash Reconciliation, by this reconciliation to identify how much cash available for allocated projects and unallocated cash available in bank.Prepare detailed summary of FCY account for receipt and payment during the period of hard currency for respective assigned bank accountsPrepare Bank Reconciliation statements, resolve outstanding items and prepare related vouchers.Prepare working of Profit earned on PLS account on a monthly basis along with the preparation of bank reconciliation.Updation and Email of Foreign Currency ratesAny other special assignment as and when assigned by the supervisor.

Import and Export, Sales Tax, General Accounting etc.
