As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the education and translation industries, I have had the privilege of serving in various leadership roles. I started my career as the Head of English Department at Ankara University TÖMER, where I oversaw the academic programs and guided the faculty to deliver quality education to our students.Later on, I served as an Assistant Director and Curriculum & Material Development Unit Coordinator at Üsküdar University Preparatory School, where I contributed to the development and implementation of effective teaching strategies, managing and coordinating units. During my time as the Service Quality Director at Protranslate.net, I was responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction. To achieve this goal, I focused on assuring consistent and timely collaboration and communication among the different teams. By fostering a culture of open communication and encouraging cross-functional collaboration, I was able to facilitate the timely resolution of customer issues and ultimately improve the overall customer experience.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results. I am a solution-oriented individual with a passion for problem-solving and an unwavering dedication to self-improvement. I am a fast learner and have a natural aptitude for creativity, which allows me to approach challenges with a fresh perspective and find innovative solutions.
