They are structured to carry out project management, control priorities, indicators and strategic planning. For the development of a high performance are constantly evaluated for suitability of the profiles to the targeted projects guaranteeing the quality standard required by the Company and Clients served. Preparation of reports for control and follow-up of projects focused on deliveries, aiming at improving processes and quality of the services rendered. Application of formal feedback to employees periodically and daily for the development of the team in a homogeneous way to ensure the quality of the work.
