I am a newcomer to the BME industry and a fresh graduate who pursued in Biomedical Engineering for both bachelors and masters. Throughout SJSU and UC Santa Cruz, I’ve applied numerous science topics and methods to various projects I’ve worked on. This includes adapting 3D modeling software in designing biomedical devices such as a mechanical trileaflet heart valve, operating laboratory machines to determine the amount of coagulant protein in blood, working with various bioinformatic databases and web tools to narrow the location of methylmercury genes in a genetic sequence, and developing bioinformatic applications with Python3. Through collaborative work, I’ve built professional friendships and express a positive attitude with my peers to boost morale and support others to the best of my abilities. I'm an eager learner, hardworking, retentive, and empathetic team member; I firmly believe that good teamwork and good relationships are essential in tackling any obstacles and to bolster productivity.
