The Colorado Freight Advisory Council (FAC) is an autonomous group of freight stakeholders that advise CDOT and other organizations on the needs of the transportation system in Colorado pertaining to freight and commercial transportation. The FAC provides guidance on policy and planning level activities and identifies strategies and tactics to address the operational needs of the system. Program Management- Managed 40 annual transportation and energy efficiency projects resulting in over $300,000 in operational funds.- Ensured accuracy and success of projects using NREL and DOE life cycle analysis tools resulting in over $7.5 million leveraging private and public funds to advance alternative fuel adoption and energy-efficient vehicle technologies.- Reported data from advanced transportation technology projects resulting in reducing 3,613,213 gasoline gallon equivalents, 12,592 tons of CO2e and adoption of 40 charging stations in 2019 alone. - Identify and Educate potential AFV users, industry, and local decision-makers and develop fleet analysis opportunities. Coordinate and follow through with any programs required deliverables and grant funding to be tracked. - Work with local, regional, and national stakeholders; peers; and industry to identify funding opportunities for projects, as well as coalition operations. - Ensure accuracy and success of reports, taxes, finances, and programs. Communications/Marketing- Collect and report data pertaining to coalition activities and the use of alternative fuels and advanced vehicles.- Coordinate communications through outreach and education platforms (twitter, linkedIn, facebook, Instagram) to support members, sponsors, and the organization. - Create marketing materials for events and programs. - Foster public/private partnerships to increase the Coalition’s reach and influence. - Identify and assist stakeholders interested in adopting alternative fuels, advanced vehicles, and energy efficiency strategies.Community Development - Worked with +90 local stakeholders and +200 regional and global stakeholders. - Work with Board Members and Executive Director planning and executing events. - Develop events, including sponsorship structures and sponsor materials. - Facilitate requests for members and sponsor funding; and integrate funded deliverables to create lasting impact.

Program Management- Identify new fleet contacts and develop fleet analysis opportunities. - Coordinate and follow through with any programs required deliverables and grant funding to be tracked. - Work with Executive Director on bi-weekly strategy project plans.- Advised over 20 local fleets about alternative fuel vehicles, EV charging stations, renewable energy, hydrogen fuel, renewable energy, energy efficiency, telematics, life cycle analysis and idle reduction methods. Communications/Marketing - Coordinated outreach and education for 30 alternative fuel campaigns to support over 16 Colorado communities, reaching over 2,000 local members, with over 80 sponsorships, achieving 40 partner projects. - Coordinate communications through outreach and education platforms (twitter, linkedIn, facebook, Instagram) to support members, sponsors, and the organization. - Create marketing materials for events and programs. Community Development - Work with Board Members and Executive Director planning and executing events. - Develop events, including sponsorship structures and sponsor materials; make, participate and/or follow up on requests for members and sponsor funding.- Created a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fuel System Inspector training course for 20 local technicians

Program Management- Created and managed all communications for monthly newsletter, NCCC and DENC website, weekly social media posts and event agendas. - Worked with local fleets to advance affordable, domestic transportation fuels and technologies in northern Colorado. Communications- Preparing communication content and posting communication updates online daily, including creation of banner graphics for internal audiences. - Preparing and distributing written communication and information to internal audiences in a timely and effective manner. - Writing, formatting, and sending out communication content in monthly newsletter, weekly social media posts and crafts agendas and team member alerts - Works closely to support all electronic internal communication vehicles of the organization by supporting NCCC’s website, through updating, reviewing and managing responses - Acts as a liaison with marketing coordinators to ensure events are promoted through internal communication channels in a timely manner
