Total investment + USD 20 million.● Led transformation of budgeting process through execution of new methodology to assign specific revenue growth to each area (Sales, Marketing, among others) by developing new templates and training commercial and operational personnel in their use. Revenue commitment grew by 10% despite many construction interruptions in malls and CAPEX projects expected for 2017. Process lasted for more than three months, and involved meetings and presentations with the company’s most senior personnel (CEO, CFO and CSO).
