- Responsible for create the process of engineering change implementation at the production line, stabling cut-in strategy to avoid impact of materials and quality.- Leader of reworks related to engineering changes, process was created to correct drawing problems and avoid impact in production and costumer.- Direct contact with design engineer to work in problem solving solution, search for alternative materials to avoid impact at the costumer and engineering changes implementation.- Responsible to assist the Machine Head line with documentation, problem solving, alternative materials to avoid impacts in production and all support needed.- Active participation with problem solving solution and improvements in all production line, direct contact with industrial engineering to elaborate projects.- Project leader of the implementation of Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) to deliver material in production line.

- Leader of the Kaizen implementation program, called “free ideas”, during this period, I had to listen to the difficulties of the assemblers regarding security, quality and delivery, to help them to improve and reduce waste with safety.- Responsible to manage the activities of the welders team and give insights on their improvement projects.- Leader of a Kaizen event to improve standard work, material flow and EHS from DriveTrain line.- Responsible for the implementation of the element 3.3 of the EHS framework, “Management of Change” to make sure that all changes were implemented with safety.
