I bring over 15 years experience in tech support and customer service areas with deep understanding of hardware, software troubleshooting and problem solving. Gained a lot of experience of IoT and item traceability by working on a High tech SaaS company for several years. With a strong work ethic and high level of commitment I'm a firm believer that we need to inspire colleagues to give the best and the way to achieve that is by being a living example. My communication skills have lead me to develop good relationships with customers and teammates in English and Spanish too. I have had the chance to lead different teams and develop strong relationship within team members and other teams as well. My experience has allowed me to work on different operating systems such as Windows, iOS and Linux; ticketing systems such us Zendesk and Freshdesk; CRMs like Salesforce; Google workspace and other collaborative tools; Task tracking tools such as Asana; networking and computer hardware. I'm always interested on learning new things and keeping an open mind to change.
