I am an undergraduate at Marquette University. I have study abroad in Spain at the University of Ramon Llull. I have experience a lot while studying abroad about myself and learned a lot while living by myself. I had to step out of my comfort zone and be able to adapt to an entire new environment. Being in a new place where I did not know anybody was very difficult especially trying to do every day task I had to think quickly and be resourceful and had to be open to new experience and uncertainty. I have worked in multiple customer service jobs where I developed a lot of softs skill like being able to communicate with customer and co-workers. Paying close attention to detail is another skill I learned while working there making sure everything is right for the customer as well as making everything neat and organized. Another one is time management, while working in a fast pace environment I learned that I have to manage my time well to complete task especially the important one. I learned to collaborate and work in a team to complete tasks as well as communicate team which can be difficult an in face pace environment. I have learn a lot and went through so many experience that has made me into the person I am to be prepared and accept new challenges in life.
