I introduced custom responsive templates and became the key person in all related to the development, execution and reporting of email campaigns, creation of automated and triggered campaigns, as well as the management of the El Cid's email database.Some other of my responsibilities included the creation of hard coded web forms and landing pages, creation of microsites using content management systems, management of El Cid's survey platform, as well as the management of the content of El Cid's corporate android and iOS apps. I became the main responsible in this field.Successes included improving significantly email open rates by implementing responsive templates, the creation of El Cid's mobile app opened an important source of revenue with a minimum investment.
