My responsibilities working as the only agent in third-party operations for BGO Costa Rica are contacting the customers by making outbound calls and receiving the inbounds to collect unpaid debts on behalf of the creditor, creating payment plans for them, negotiating discounts on their accounts to bring their accounts current as quickly as possible, among others.

My main duties are to get payments from customers who default on past due bill payments, guide them on the process to pay the bills, assist them if they have doubts about the invoices, the outstanding balances, or any other questions they may have, process the payments on the system, update the customer's bank account information, analyze the previous month's data in order to get the most current information for the customer.
