At Lucra Sports, a US-based sports betting startup, I was deeply involved in several aspects of product development, even though my main focus was on the Admin App.While I didn't directly work on the iOS app due to my limited experience with Swift, I contributed significantly to the notifications side of the project. I developed serverless functions/hooks for notification creation and update events, integrated APNs through AWS, and implemented a notifications event-scheduler.On the Admin App side, I enhanced the operational efficiency for various stakeholders such as business personnel, PMs, and developers by providing a user-friendly interface. This application facilitated actions like creating notifications, promotions, suspending or blocking users, and setting up recommended matchups. The app also housed various tables for each important model and forms for creating new entries. In addition, I wrote a significant number of tests and UI component tests while working on this project.On the backend, I contributed to a few functions and tests in areas like Notifications, Games IRL, Player Headshots, Contests, and Promotions. The backend was built using tools such as Hasura, GraphQL, and AWS, among others.
