Working in one of the largest consultancies in the world as an information security specialist for strategic clients, carrying out the role of leading a technical team and providing information security consultancy, from the architecture implemented in the environment to the implementation of controls to mitigate threats within the good market practices, interacting with various manufacturers in the infrastructure, security and cloud segments. Responsible for supporting the implementation of projects discussed with the clients' architecture team, up to the administration of implemented solutions, acting as a consultant and technical leader.

Working for the largest telecommunications operator in the architecture of information security projects, designing and positioning customers in the best information security practices in the market, performing presentations, technical proposals, elaboration of BoM, designation of a professional to work on the project and performing security consultancy for Vivo's pre-sales team. I was responsible for creating the support service model in CSPM and CWPP cloud security solutions, strategically elaborating the fronts on which Telefonica will serve its customers, present vulnerability reports and carry out the necessary actions within the criticality levels of performance. I was allocated to a client as Head of cybersecurity, orchestrating the entire security team to mitigate a ransoware attack and ending all the attacker's east-west movementation.

Working at one of the largest banks in Brazil, I was responsible for the architecture team at Banco Votorantim, designing the best infrastructure and security solutions, analyzing with manufacturers the best solutions on the market, and discussing feasibility with the architecture team. of implantation in the environment, and after the implantation is presented to the superintendence of the bank for the approval of the project. I was responsible for implementing several highly critical projects such as: PIX, Digital Bank, Suppliers, migration of all workloads to AWS, Azure and GCP cloud. I carried out several trainings for Palo Alto Networks firewalls, to train the entire NOC team, helping the best practices for the security of the environment. Support to the NOC performing level 3 troubleshooting in the environment, in the security equipment and also in the clouds.

Working for the services integrator Compwire, I was responsible for all projects involving security and networks, in the security part, I work implementing and providing support for customers who have Palo Alto, Trend Micro solutions, in customers with high criticality throughout Brazil, executing the implementation in the core layer of the environment to have an inspection of the north-south traffic of the topology, implementing routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP and static routes, implementing best practices scripts with a high security score , and performing post-implementation assisted operation and sending the documentation with the implemented solution. On the networks side, I also perform implementations of Dell L3 Switches, in the core layer of the environment with dynamic protocols aiming at high performance and automation in routing, application of VLT in 2 Switches or more, and review and standardization of VLANS construction. At the end of the implementation, it is sent to documentation with the implemented solution. In the support part, I provide support to highly critical customers throughout Brazil, troubleshooting Palo Alto, Trend Micro and Dell solutions, solving all kinds of problems, routing, configuration, firmware bug discovery, firmware update, environment consultancy to propose improvements, torque of physical components of the equipment, and monitoring of environments and preparation of reports among others.
