Responsible of the administration of the aeronautical fuel datasets, managing the entirety of metrics of the fuel business area, making it available for all the stakeholders within the company with the proper analysis and data treatment for the right decision making. This process and further operational topics are managed with an agile methodology using the Kanban tool set. Key contributions:- Fuel Efficiency metric implementation: Metric used within the whole industry, enabling valuable benchmarks.- E2E Fuel Monitoring Dashboard: As a part of the fuel project, every process involved in this matter had a metric assigned to measure the impact within the whole process.- Annual fuel budget elaboration: Taking as a baseline previous years’ behavior and the flight projections for the next year, a vast array of factors are bundled in order to predict with statistical methods the approximate fuel consumption of the yearly operational plan.- Fuel savings initiatives monitoring: Identifying the main sources of information that contain a specific set of parameters of every stage of the fuel consumption process, various models are developed taking into account the industry standards in order to provide to pilots, operational and maintenance areas, the most realistic information regarding all their efforts put onto the fuel savings initiative.- Operational squad leader: With an agile methodology, every analytic and information need within the company is coordinated from our squad and prioritized in coordination with every business partner.

Within the data analysis team, the main goal is to track the airlines main operational performance indicators, within an ever changing and dynamic aeronautical market, monitoring industry metrics, identifying improvement opportunities and providing the operational areas with the necessary tools that can present high fidelity data for them to take make the most accurate decisions. Main contributions: Implementation of the slots metrics in Bogota airport. Stablishing measurement parameters and implementing a visual platform in order for the operational control area to track the most up to date information, preventing the loss of slots (airport space to land). Systematization of manual processes. Centralizing the information in order to facilitate the creation of presentations and ad-hoc analysis, data that previously didn´t have a repository with data quality controls neither semi-automated processes of data feeds, cutting valuable man hours in the elaboration of reports from 12 hours to 1 hour.
