-Provide support and guidance on healthy practices to prevent infection and reduce the effects of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), according to the protocol established by the Ministry of Health.-Identification of warning signs for coronavirus infection, immunization (pneumococcus and influenza, according to the current vaccination schedule), follow-up of probable cases and investigation of intra-household contacts and response to the health needs of the population at risk.

-Responsible for the logistics and management of championships.-Management of purchases and storage of boards and merchandising.

Supply Chain:-Support ERP internal clients - Warehouses & Sub-warehouses.-Manage and plan inventories of warehouses & sub-warehouses.- Manage Reverse logistics. (Disassembly and used equipment)-Elaboration of Vehicle Fleet Processes, Inventories.-Transport optimization: reduce cost (15%) and increase service level (99.5%)Shopping:-To periodically analyze the prices of raw materials, components or materials.-Quality control of raw materials and components at DC.-Evaluate suppliers periodically (Service-Cost)-Risk Management in the Homologation phase (economic analysis, ethics, management and quality)-Elaboration of the Purchasing Process.

Responsible for foreign trade operations.-Input of local and international purchase invoices and generation of POs in ERP (Maximum amount: 900kEUR)-Prepare the monthly report of expenses and import costs to the Finance area.-Inventory and stock control -Management of 2500 SKUs-Negotiation with local suppliers for the purchase of supplies and materials for commercial offices in Lima and provinces.

Follow up import and export operations in incoterms: EX-WORKS- FOB-CPT-CIP from Spain, Chile & Brazil (20-25 ctnrs per month)-Coordinate local distribution from DC to commercial offices in Lima and provinces and technical personnel.

-Assistance in the preparation of application case studies for exams.-Exam review.
