Responsible for operations in México Facility.- Coordinate, lead and facilitate the activities of the plant for the efficient accomplish of the objectives set by the director of operations aimed at achieving the general goals of the company.- Lead and coordinating the areas of Engineering, Manufacturing and Production.- Supervision of all activities through the plant focus on achievement of objectives stated on KPIs.- Assure safety, environmental, quality, HR politics are well implemented and observed.- Ensure compliance of AS9100D requirements.- Management of Project's Lifecycle in a daily basis.- RFQ, RFI and cost estimation coordination for new projects as well as with the customers.- Resources management for development projects successfully.- Responsible for supervising of wide range of aerospace and automotive tooling fabrication for Mexico, USA and Canada customers. - Responsible for coordinating with internal/external project teams and with the stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet the requirements of the customer as defined within the Project's scope of work and contractual agreements.- Business development and commercial activities.- Interface with customer to understand and define all project requirements and meet its proper deployment.- Ensure that all milestones within a project are being met per schedule and per customer requirements.- Understanding and monitoring various projects simultaneously, project budgets, schedules and resources.

- Supplier development for new projects- Drawing interpretation to built BOM and identify proper suppliers for each kind of part and technology- Development of quotations and offer for new projects- Analysis and negotiation of quotations from suppliers- Analysis and follow up of technical issues from suppliers- Audits to suppliers in order to approve them- Supplier development for machinning, subassemblies, composites, chemical treatments

- Capacity analysis for all the production lines. - Layout improvements and develops for new projects- Improvements on Cycle Time, Material Handling- Six Sigma projects in order to improve OEE performance- Responsible for routings on MRP system according to BOM- Identify and implement improvements on ergonomic issues- Development and update standardized work documents

- Manage sources, people, overtime, to meet daily production on car assembly area- Quick Response to Quality Control in order to avoid death time on the assembly line- Manage skills and training of workers to get a flexible team- Ensure availability of equipment, material and tools to have a healthy process- Tracking of performance indicators to implement corrective actions and improvements

- Identify and monitoring of bottlenecks through Throughput Improvement Process - Development of production plans to assing headcount, overtime and meet the production rate- Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques in order to reduces wastes- Development and update standardized work documents- 5Ss and ergonomics plant tours to find and correct issues- Time and movement studies to assure production capacity- Layout improvements and develops for new projects
