• Integrated technology into Ready Mix trucks to help track, communicate, and modernize Ready Mix Operators across all the plants in the RGV and implemented CEMEX’s Drive to Excel program for Driver Trainers.• Fixed and replaced any broken or malfunctioning hardware affecting the Ready Mix truck’s tracking or communication. • Trained Ready Mix Truck Operators, Dispatch employees, Driver Trainers, and Assistant Plant Managers on the company’s tracking software, communication app, and new technology.• Experimented on the quality of concrete and tested the compressive strength, gradation, air pressure, slump, and temperature of concrete.• Ensured the jobsite/windfarm was safe to work and supervised the delivery of concrete, managing and dispensing concrete loads as they arrived at the jobsite. • Improved CEMEX RGV’s delivery tracking percentage by designing and implementing a summer challenge to motivate Ready Mix Operators to increase their usage of tracking software. • Revised and amended new hire paperwork to improve onboarding and recruitment process
