I have experience in Customer Service, during 3 years working as an individual contributor, and leading new Waves in CL & OJT. I am someone inspired in leadership; organized and very dedicated to learn, that's why I use Multi-task, work under pressure, and teamwork as some of my strengths.During my career I have been passionate on propose new perspectives, acknowledge colleagues opinions, use of emotional intelligence and adaptability to serve.I’m passionate about understanding the world and working to make people’s lives better & easier. One of my highest interests as of now is urbanism. I truly believe planning and building good cities is one of the urgent actions we have to focus on. Good cities, oriented on providing happiness to keep and bring talents who can increase the level of life and economic growth.
