Position: Negotiating and purchasing raw materials, managing operational processes of maritime and air cargo, controlling and following up shipping’s until its clearance and arrival in the company’s facility. • Negotiations and purchasing raw material with international suppliers • Managing import documentation and following up maritime and air shipments

Position: Managing operational processes of maritime and air cargo, for Supply Chain support • Receiving purchase order, issue shipping instructions documents, send instructions for the supplier• Updating reports of all the purchase orders, to update and send shipping report lists for all the contracted freight forwarders weekly • Identifying processes that need Import Licenses (IL) for Brazilian customs, request IL issuing with the broker contracted daily• Responsible for control, negotiation, and invoice payments of freight, origin certify, demurrage, and other payment of services invoices weekly • Analyzing Bill of Landing (BL) to authorize the freight forwarder to ship the cargo weekly. - Updating management reports of imports and exports processes show the manager of Suppy Chain and Import/Export department monthly • Managing of demurrage reports to show the matrix company managers monthly • Managing of all costs and demands of processes of import and export, updating financial controls (SOX) monthly • Managing of contracts with service suppliers in international trading as freight forwarders, custom houses and broker • Keeping in touch with suppliers, national and international freight forwarders and broker daily

Position: Manage import cargo follow up in the maritime modal to assure the best efficiency in the results and the update of status of processes to the customers and collaborators • Feeding import system with shipping information and sending shipping reports to the customers daily • Updating customers about cargos status since the packing preparation, shipping and effective arrival • Keeping in contact with international forwarders to receive shipping documents and information, analyzing and checking documents issue to assure all in the Brazilian custom procedures
