As a Adviser, I applied my expertise in software development and technology to support and advise the Central District Administration on the adoption, execution, and control of their programs in accordance with current regulations and laws. This involved resolving queries, providing technical assistance, issuing opinions, and contributing to decision-making processes. Additionally, I established inter-institutional contacts and managed integration activities with companies, guilds, and communities in the region.I also provided guidance on the development of studies aimed at improving service delivery to the community. In my role, I was responsible for operating, maintaining, and improving the Integrated Management System of the District Mayor's Office of Barranquilla, ensuring compliance with current regulations on internal control, quality, safety and health at work, and environmental management. I leveraged technologies such as Python, Django, ReactJs, and Bootstrap to facilitate these tasks.Furthermore, I advised senior management in the preparation, monitoring, adjustment, and evaluation of institutional planning instruments (District Development Plan, Strategic Plan, Action Plans, Investment Plan, Annual Procurement Plan, among others) and programs and projects required by the District Mayor's Office in the short, medium, and long term, within the framework of current legal norms and regulatory criteria

En mi rol anterior como Profesional Universitario, tuve la responsabilidad de desarrollar la actualización del registro y control de novedades administrativas en las historias laborales de los servidores públicos de la Administración Distrital, siguiendo los procesos y procedimientos existentes. As a Data Analyst, I was responsible for the continuous update of existing databases in the Department. Additionally, I conducted comparative statistical report tabulations as requested by my immediate supervisor within the previously agreed upon terms.
