I was responsible for tech-leading a chapter of multidisciplinary teams responsible for Applications Modernization & Digital Transformation. I was in charge of Engineering Managing Global Health Care Products (eCareManager, ICCA and ICCC), where was responsible for building up teams/squads from scratch. Hiring, Coaching, Mentoring, Providing Technical Roadmaps, Conducting Agile Rituals, Building and Refining Product Backlogs, KPIs, eNPS, 1:1s, 360 feedbacks and mainly, an Individual Development Process (Personal Learning Paths to reach the next level) for everyone reporting to me.eCareManager, ICCA and ICCC are Web and Android based applications with backends written in Java and C#.With that in mind, I was very present and active on technical discussions with Senior Developers/Architects to contribute with technical knowledge, as well, keep track and be up to date with the most recent tech stacks.It was also my responsibility to keep up with the product on all the steps from:Planning;Engineering Designing;V&V;Monitoring and Alerting;Delivery.Making sure all the products are compliant to all Regulatory Laws on all different countries that the product is active on.Not to mention, that was in charge of a Hiring Program where was responsible to Bar Raise when building up teams from scratch, training and reallocating resources cross organization.

Worked on the Creative Optimization and Tools team to provide the best path to promote pins using Data Driven Decisions provided by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

I was responsible to architect, design and technical lead data products for monitoring, gathering valuable data, providing observability and visualization to impacting daily-basis decisions and supporting teams cross organization.Also, I contributed to implement technical development improvements at both culture, training and process to the whole Data Team.
