I’ve worked in the insurance industry for around 2 years. Working from the customer service to the examination of documentation for claims. Working as a claim examiner provided me with the ability to get all done in a certain time, look for it to be completed on time, be patient and get details from de documents, gathering information that will be necessary and avoid what we do not really need. Assist as quick as possible so the clients can get their problems fixed and they can have peace of mind. Work under pressure, get focused, be proactive, be multitasking.
