Worked as a financial crimes analyst in our correspondent lending Prefund group. My previous role within the correspondent division was to ensure that the mortgages being purchased by Wells Fargo from lenders are in compliance with federal, state, local and internal guidelines. This included ensuring that the mortgages being purchased were underwritten according to TRID (TILA/RESPA) guidelines and specific requirements for Fannie, Freddie, or HUD. I have received numerous recognitions and have won awards for service excellence and team excellence (in Q2 & Q3 respectively).

Writing for a different online publication which focuses on Minnesota politics. It is very similar to my previous experience and I am thrilled to be writing about politics and economics that affect the state I love.

Worked at the Front Desk as a Customer Service Representative for the first year I was there. The summer of 2012 I was promoted to working as the Night Auditor. Since I was the only employee working during my shifts, I was responsible for the entire hotel which consisted of 112 rooms. Therefore, I performed many different roles. My primary role was to balance the previous days accounts to ensure the accounting for the day was correct and fix any errors that may have occurred. Process each days revenue and send it to the bank. Various other roles I performed included hotel security, responding to guest complaints, updating performance charts, creating and maintaining accurate accounting information and hotel metrics.

Wrote a column covering current events and historical precedence regarding government, monetary issues and economic practice and theory.
