• Handles KSA Linehaul International Orders.• Preparing international shipments through DHL portal.• Uploading Airway bills and Invoices, Manifest reports.• Checking all orders to be dispatch on system that provided by support.• Monitor the drivers to delivery their orders on time.• Coordinate with the client to perform special and same day deliveries.• Interdepartmental and third-party point of contact.• Monitor progress and manage risks to and recovery of any schedule slippages• Reports to Account Manager and Operation Manager.

• Prepares Picking list for the daily dispatch orders.• Picks and segregates orders in the shelve location as per driver and hub wise.• Does outbound scanning for all orders scheduled for delivery.• Returns undelivered, wrong pick orders to its shelved location.• Loads and unloads shipment from delivery vehicle. As Logistic Officer – Inventory/International Shipment• Dispatching of international orders on a daily basis.• Receives and re-shelves returned international and denied party shipments.• Generates manual orders through DHL shipment portal.• Does inventory for all orders by scanning the AWB.• Compiles daily scanned inventory report and check for missing order/s.• Shelves the incoming shipment on its designated location.• Picking of all scheduled orders to be delivered on a daily basis.• Creating picklist for all orders to ensure correct item will be picked.
