• Ensures outgoing shipments are in good condition and meet specifications.• Dispatch shipments and allocate on the assigned drivers based on designated location.• Receives packages from the client and signs paper work upon receipt.• Verifies items received against the delivery note. Reports any variances to the Supervisor.• Inspects shipment to ensure they are undamaged.• Sort, count, identify, verify and track all shipments to maintain accurate inventory records.• Prepares reports submitted to the higher management daily.• Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place• Sort, count, identify, verify and track all material to maintain accurate inventory records.• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
