1. Promotion:- Summarize and manage data of 500 clients participating in the promotion program- Reward participants following the list of 500 clients taking part in the promotion program 2. Point of Sales Materials (POSM) Projects:- Collaborate with Agencies to create and develop eye-catching products that are within brand guidelines- Arrange and manage POSM to ensure quality and quantity of supplies for customers (Average: 500 products/event)3. Certificate:- Filter 700 certification by contract- Compile and edit certificates to match suppliers’ requirement4. Communication:- Work with the Marketing Communication team to come up with ideas about social content for the promotion program and spread them across Zalo OA to increase interaction5. Event organization:- Plan and organize promotion events, and product launching events (300 people/event/region)

KEY REPONSIBILITIES:Documentary:- Use Excel to store and track maternity sick leave information- Scan, manage, and maintain records in the storage facility- Assist in carrying out the resignation procedures for departing employees: verify the social insurance form, and send a letter with the attached resignation decisionEmployment Contracts:- Use Excel as a tool to validate the accuracy of paper contractsRecruitment:- Job posting, candidate sourcing, candidate screening- Engage in the recruitment processRESULT:Completed asigned tasks with peformance result exceeding 90%. Understanding how to utilize Excel tools for managing and consolidating human resources data and the recruitment process correctly. Receiving and satisfying customer needs.
