I co-founded Running 4 Babies in 2011. My husband and I lost our daughter at birth in August 2001. Ten years later, we found a way to turn their personal tragedy into triumph for other families who need the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to help their babies survive. We formed an organization called Running 4 Babies and planned a 5k run/walk, Lauren and Theresa’s Run, to support the Munson NICU. I have worked with a very small team to plan and implement all aspect of the event from marketing and preparations to logistics and coordination of all parties involved in putting the plan into action.
