I have direct responsibility for management of the ski club over the academic year. The Oxford University Ski and Snowboard Club (OUSSC) is one of the largest student-run organisations in Oxford, competing every year against Cambridge and other British universities. As President I work with a committee of eight others, liaising with the organisers of the Varsity Trip as well as corporate sponsors to maintain club financial health and our high influx of first year students every year.

Due to the incredibly high footfall of our work area from all around the globe it is useful to be able to draw on language skills in order to sometimes secure a sale that may otherwise have been lost due to lack of communication.We deliver independently researched 45 minute guided tours of the College backs, to groups of 12 who may be from a variety of backgrounds, fielding questions as we go. We cover 800 years of history as well as contemporary points of interest around the city, and must adapt each tour to the clients on board, be it a school group on an exchange program, a group celebrating a birthday or a "standard" public tour of unrelated persons.
