Headshift led the way in providing social software/media in business contexts. In this role I was responsible for generating new business and delivering projects, including scoping, specification, UX design and delivery management. I represented the company at national and international speaking events as well as writing for their blog. I was also directly.

The BBC is a world leader in providing content and innovating online. During the majority of my time at the BBC I was Product Manager for Community Platforms, but also worked with BBC News to deliver high volume email systems and managed the bbc.co.uk homepage technology and design.
