• Led worldwide organization of over 100 engineers in validation of flash memory chip designs and system-level verification, including product performance and quality.• Initiated global system engineering effort within the company to ensure customer (OEM) adoption of new platforms. Produced engineering samples new products at 65nm and 45nm technology nodes, forging new markets for the company in mid- to high-end mobile phone platforms• Responsible for qualification of 300mm flash memory fabs: SP1 (internal fab), TSMC, and SMIC. Worked together with process integration teams to finalize 90nm and 65nm semiconductor process, and improve manufacturability margin. Streamlined the qualification procedure for new products.

• Responsible for development of all company products, encompassing Location-based Services Technology, RF Propagation, RF Measurement Collection, and Network Optimization. C++ server software and mobile platforms using Java. • Supervised team of software engineers: built and grew the team three-fold within a year, including strong off-shore push to build two teams in India. Led transition of company products from prototype to carrier grade including robustness, reliability, and redundancy; enforcing software development best-practices.
