1. Lead 7 team members to manage the accounting process for Cengkareng Export, Import, Transit, and Rush Handling Warehouse for both domestic and international transactions.2. Ensure all warehouse daily sales and revenue has been recorded in a timely manner.3. Verifying vendor invoice for payment process. Ensure that all invoice has been verified, recorded, and comply with tax regulations and company policy.4. Ensure reconciliation and elimination of intra-company transactions.5. Prepare and analyze Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements for Garuda Indonesia Cargo Warehouse transactions for each closing period.6. Work closely with operational units to fully support existing and new business process implementation.7. Involved and responsible for reviewing draft agreements for new business enhancement from a finance perspective and ensuring all the reconciliations process and settlement terms have been included.8. Liaise with external and internal auditors to serve regulatory and compliance needs.9. Prepare monthly tax report (VAT-In, VAT-Out, Withholding Tax art 23 and 4(2)).

1. Prepare interline billing for all other airline partners in a timely manner in IATA Clearing House system.2. Monitor and review interline clearing accounts.3. Perform interface process for all accounting journals (sales, revenue, interline) that are created in Cargo Accounting System and ensure that all journals are posted correctly in SAP FI.4. Collaborate with other functions in identifying and resolving commercial and operational accounting issues.

1. Liaise with Commercial and Operational teams as their Business Partners in designing a proper business flow and developing the required solutions.2. Liaise with the system vendor and IT department to ensure the availability of an end-to-end cargo management system.3. Perform user acceptance tests (UAT) for new enhancements that will be updated to the existing system.4. Prepare and perform end-user training for all Garuda Cargo System users.5. Ensure the implementation of the Cargo System and user training for the new Garuda Branch Office has been done properly.6. Maintain system master data.
