Project Manager
Current- RESPONSIBILITIESPrimarily act as a leader, manager, coach and mentor to the project team to mobilize for the achievement of strategic objectives as outlined in the Project documents.
- As team leader, hold meetings & actively engage in management and strategic planning and activities, providing leadership to the overall operation of the project.
- Ensure best practice and lessons learnt while working with local authorities, communities with due partnership policy, procedures and guidelines; through signing MoUs and facilitate them through monitoring and capacity.
- Ensure quality, transparent and accountable programming to the communities with established mechanisms for complaints and feedback.
- Ensure excellent internal and external communication, coordination and collaboration & strengthen the team’s capacity, Local authorities and also the community groups.
- Using the logical framework process to program planning/design, monitoring and evaluation ensure qualitative and quantitative information that provides evidence of impact and change. Develops and maintains a detailed.
