Having a wide range of experience working roles in project execution, I deal and have dealt with a wide variety of nationalities and cultures in various locations worldwide. I’ve held project specific positions in the Middle East, South Asia and South East Asia fulfilling the requirements of positions as Site Manager, Senior Project Engineer, Hull Construction Superintendent, Ship repair Superintendent Lead production Engineer and Project Manager under different contractual agreements. Specialities • Project /execution team setup including team evaluation, selection, interviews and training• Coordinate with customer, vendor, suppliers, contractors to ensure effective communication, all contractual issues between parties concerned.• Contribute to ensure the Safety in Design (SID) to minimize the risk to health and safety throughout the life of asset being designed• Assist on FEED verification process to minimize the engineering risk, rework risk or cost escalation• Initiate Project kick off meetings, Lead Site surveys, Offshore Inspections and Installations.• Preparation of Project execution plans and Presentation• Conduct Constructability workshops, Develop Project sequences, Feasible Methods of construction.• Review and analyze the budget versus actual cost records against Profit baseline• Presentation of monthly cost forecast/actual reports and assist on P&L analysis• Review and approve Procurement contracts, Third party contracts and awards• Management of scope changes• Assist Bidding and Budgeting allocation process, WBS setup• Assist on Technical and Commercial Bid Evaluations, Identify the long lead and critical material deliveries• Biweekly Project Progress Review, Reporting and Presentation• Risk Management• Review and analyze Project Performance KPIsCoordinate with customer, vendor, suppliers, contractors to ensure effective communication, all contractual issues between parties concerned• Identify the risk factors that may have cost and delay implication to the project, lead the PMT to resolve the situation by reviewing the corrective actions or by an acceptable recovery plan including rescheduling of tasks, alternative efficient and cost-effective methods, effective sequencing, reinforcement of additional resources like men and machineries and other facilities• Understand independent contractor and supplier contract scopes.• Conduct regular on-site communications meeting with client, sub-contractors and third party.
