My role as a Divisional Head encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, all aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement. My approach to change management ensures that we produce in the most cost-effective manner possible while maintaining a flexible attitude towards evolving processes.I support, monitor and coordinate the design of new products and its manufacturing processes to align customer specifications with our product capabilities. This involves identifying and drafting technical specifications, and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, design, engineering and production teams.Project management is one of my expertise. I oversee various projects related to new product introductions, process improvements, new technology implementations, and production scale-ups, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within established timelines.Collaboration is key to my leadership style. By working closely with other departments, I ensure that the deliverables are aligned with overall business objectives, fostering a holistic approach to achieving our goals.
