Geological Survey of India (last 21 years in Coal Wing) :• Geological Mapping coupled with analysis of facies architecture from surface and subsurface database.• Proper planning and preparation of exploration proposals.• Projects on Regional Exploration for Coal in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh Coalfields, India.• To assess coal potentiality, which led to the establishment of 1.8 billion tones of coal resource in Tatapani – Ramkola Coalfield. Surguja District, Chhattisgarh.Arrow Energy / Dart Energy : last 10 Years.• As Area Manager, overall supervision of Geological Operation of exploratory and Pilot wells drilled in the Tatapani – Ramkola CBM Block. • Organised Public Hearing in three block headquarters and obtained NOC from Central and State PCB, Obtained PEL, Organised Land acquisition for drilling sites, Site office set up, liaisionning with various govt. departments and officials, setting up supply chain and dealing various contractors, monitoring drilling and testing of exploration wells. • Commissioning of 4-spot well & data acquisition where proper monitoring led to successful completions of well.• As Project Manager (Sr.), Initiation of Project activity at Satpura CBM Project particularly in Chhindwara & Betul District, Madhya-Pradesh.• Working as Senior Project Manager of Dart Energy India services Private Ltd.— CMM Exploration Project at Jamadoba area, Dhanbad District, Jharia Coalfield in association with Tata Steels.• Working as Senior Project Manager of Dart Energy AS Pte Ltd.— CBM Exploration Project at Tinsukia district, Assam in association with Oil India, period from 2014 to 2016 (up to 30.06.2016).
