Current• Coordinating with the top management and the team members, for identifying, planning and developing strategies as well as enhancing the growth of the organization• Developing the strategies which underpin a company’s CSR objectives and making a positive impact on the environment and local communities• Involved in the entire gamut activities such as research, developing CSR policies, building relationships with partner organizations and implementing range of activities & initiatives• Heading organizational CSR vision in line with company agenda also monitoring the unit’s activities for supportive supervision • Directing the company’s sustainability agenda and building the brand reputation as a caring organization• Developing and compiling the annual CSR strategic plan and ensuring timely implementation of the plan
