Current• Source active candidates from database, referral generation and networking. • Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies with an emphasis on sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Google Search, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research. • Act as a search expert for a functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements. • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process. • Source Information Technology candidates from internet job boards, career fairs, referrals and all other industry resources• Persuasively attract candidates for all open positions by posting advertisements in industry approved networking sites, internet job boards and via referral
