Current- Source active candidates from database, referral generation and networking.
- Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies with an emphasis on sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Google Search, networking, cold calling, complex.
- Act as a search expert for a functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process.
- Source Information Technology candidates from internet job boards, career fairs, referrals and all other industry resources
- Persuasively attract candidates for all open positions by posting advertisements in industry approved networking sites, internet job boards and via referral
