 Attainment of yearly sales target for the RI&Pol division by driving the sales team (15 persons) across India for B2B sales. The major sectors catered are Pharmaceuticals, Government research institutes, Flavor & Fragrance, Food & Beverage, Academics, Defence and FMCG Managing the channel distribution partner in Bangladesh & Nepal. Active participation in various exhibitions like CPHI, FAFAI, Asia Pharma Expo, STAI, Fi&Hi, FSSAI food Summit, etc. Monitoring & augmenting the performance output of the team by conducting regular sales reviews. Timely training to the Sales team about the new product launch. Conducting demonstrations at customer sites/ office laboratories. Designing & organizing various promotional campaigns to boost the instrument sales.  Key Account Management through a Refresh drive. Adherence to the designed SOP of organization. Helping the sales team during customer negotiations.
