Managed and led a globally distributed team of 80 engineers, developing and testing software for Bose automotive audio systems. Managed complex relationships and negotiations with software suppliers, outsourcing partners and customers. Delivered cutting-edge in-car audio experiences of high robustness while optimizing for R&D costs. Worked with product planning, sales and customer OEMs to bring new audio products to market. Implemented a modeling and auto-code generation development strategy and organizational change to get products to market faster.

Managed a team of algorithm software engineers. Grew the team from 5 engineers to a combined on-site and off-site strength of 20 engineers. Project lead engineer and software manager for the Bose Personal series audio systems, delivering innovative audio processing for entry level cars. Led the team through a period of growth and diversification while focusing on software discipline, high-quality deliverables, industry-recognized best practices and lean management.

Led software teams for multiple Bose amplifier projects, implementing and managing the delivery of DSP features.

Built the first Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) cellular base station implemented on a general-purpose processor. Worked on several CDMA field trials to test the entire radio network. Patented and implemented key CDMA algorithms.

Led the team for time delivery and flawless execution on DSP software for the new Ultra low-cost cellular chipset. Managed the project from requirements development phase through full release. Managed a 12-member team distributed between France and India and responsible for coordinating DSP software activities across four world-wide sites.

Software technical lead for the DSL Central Office (CO) and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) chipsets. Designed the software architecture for the implementation of the G.992.3 and G.992.5 standards. Provided technical direction through several silicon and software release cycles.

Implemented the first G.bis DSL modem software for Aware. Developed Matlab simulation tools to represent a complete DSL modem.
