..HOW I STARTED..My journey in the apartment complex world started alittle over 10 years ago when my parents became Property Managers over a few different section 8 housing / Multifamily property's. when I was just in high school I showed alot of interest and great skills in the apartment world. I worked for Lindsay management as a Independent contractor from leasing to maintenance and cleaning. I graduated at the top of my class and as the class President of Arthur's Beauty College of Conway Arkansas I started my career in the cosmetology world. I started with Smart Style inc. as a stylist, traveling/ training stylist and then Manager In training. I have been a Independent Business owner and been apart of ALS in Wonderland Foundation Fashion show.Then in 2017 I became a Independent Leasing Consultant. Then in March of 2018 I then started as a full time employee with Huffjones management . September 2018 I started my new position at The Fitzroy Chenal are Luxury Resort Apartment Property. While at this Property I have been able to grow so much and learn from so many smart and talented people.I always give my card as well as take a card from everyone I meet becouse it never hurts to have a new connection. While at The Fitzroy Chenal I have had the honor to have won an award for best Customer service with Apartment Hunters / Arkansas suites 8 have also won are Property many contests that they have had. I also stepped in as active Assistant Manager position at are student housing location for an amount of time when needed. I was also brought in to are student housing property during turn to over see the painters and cleans and maintenance team to insure all jobs where being done. I was brought in for my great skills of being able to paying attention to details. I have also been sent to other locations to audit files. My goal is to never stop learning and to move up in the apartment industry and to work in a corporate position and become a partner with a company!
