(Salesforce, NCT, Cares, JIRA) Providing guidance to team for troubleshooting of 2G/3G, LTE, 5G Cases. Supporting Software upgrade for Cloud MME (CMM) & Cloud Gateway (CUPS node and Normal CMG). Providing Emergency Support for APAC Customer for Cloud MME (CMM, AMF) and Cloud CMG (SP-GW, CUPS SP-GW products. Provides workaround or solves the case through Knowledge Re-Use. Manages customer communication on case level through the case lifecycle, supports Care Program Manager with case communication. Accepting the Technical Query cases from customer and providing the customer Technical answers and solutions. Accepting the Case and solving it in the agreed SLA. Performs the Unit testing, System testing, defect analysis and log file analysis, identifying and reporting a fault in a unit or a sub system. Perform troubleshooting, solution interoperability and solution verification of packet core products as per customer SLA. Emergency Incident management and submits the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and technical notes to the customers. Analyse the number of Open customer defects as a part of software release and able to understand the customized request and coordinates with the R&D organization for bug fixing.
