    Course supervisor and certified instructor for TDC and ICO courses at learning site Dam Neck, VA. Instructed 10 classes for 1680 hours to 240 students a year. ensuring PC-Based Open-Architecture Reconfigurable Training System (PORTS) Tactical Data Link (TDL) Training Device (20F24). As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Tactical Data Links, I have participated in the course revision and implementation of 243 training objectives for 200 lab and instruction training hours. Also a SME in SCSTC Damnecks PORTS Training Device for all data links including, Link 11, Link 16, Sat J, UTJ. MTJ, CEC, LMTT, and Link 22. I have managed several scenarios on the PORTS training device across four different baselines; Aegis 5.3.11, Aegis 6.3, Aegis 9/10, and SSDS 10. These scenarios provide the students with a simulation of how to operate and troubleshoot data links while in the fleet in a real world situation.
