Responsible for supporting operations in industry, public, and client-facing arenas, as well as being responsible for field staff operations for both day-to-day and long-term activities. Primarily responsible for working with participating partners on invoices and data submittals, data validation, database management and partner management. In addition to resolving invoice discrepancies for manufacturers and/or retailers to meet monthly goals and objectives, I report data results and executes processes to support the program’s field team members. Work with Energy Star to analyze energy efficient measures to determine the qualification of products, along with developing qualified product lists to increase public engagement and awareness and assist customers. In addition, responsible for distributor, manufacturer, and customer support. I work directly with the team at PSEG Long Island to assist with customer issues, providing updates for the website, and responding to other client requests as necessary.
