Working my way through Humana for 8 years I learned a lot about people and how to manage different personalities. I now apply every lesson I learned at Humana to any situation I get into as the HOA Manager of such a large community (Norton Commons). I daily use my people skills as well as my understanding and empathy to every situation that comes my way to find the best resolve for residents, businesses, and the community as a whole!
