• Entering bills related to Job expenses.• Maintaining vendor and customer lists.• Job costing to determine profitability of each job for calculating commissions.• Performing necessary tasks related to Certified Payroll for Public Works Jobs.

• Entering bills for all of the vendors.• Working in QuickBooks Enterprise to maintain the accounts payable account and vendor list.• Corresponding with employees to verify and approve bills as they came in.
