I am a recent graduate from the Jindal School of Management (JSOM) at UT Dallas, earning a masters degree in marketing. While in school I focused heavily on customer insights and analytics courses that have exposed me to many marketing and analytical concepts needed in today's environment, such as a MarTech Ecosystem. In my professional experience I have always held a customer service focused job. I am passionate about the customer experience and how businesses can improve and better integrate their customer data to create more meaningful engagement and to better target their audience. I have project experience working with software such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, and SQL to analyse, interpret, and target customers. One of my projects included conducting marketing research for a local business. Where I designed and implemented a survey using Qualtrics to gather quantitative and qualitative data on current and previous patrons of the business. I analysed the data and extracted meaningful insights to help improve a business process and offered actionable recommendations. I also had the pleasure to work in a team of 6, where we acted as a consultants to analyze the performance of JSOM’s social media content across all channels. Including an audit, data analysis, and regression analysis to determine optimal posting time/frequency and content type to increase engagement. We also conducted a small focus group to gather qualitative data on social media behaviors and content expectations to help determine which type of content should be featured on a new social media app being considered by the JSOM team. Our project concluded with a presentation of our findings and recommendations to the social media team for consideration and implementation. I am currently seeking roles in the DFW area. I bring my enthusiasm and knowledge for customer analytics,engagement,and loyalty to the office.
