Worked as a laboratory analyst running various tests and operating different equipment such as EO/steam pilot vessels. Was responsible for training of all new employees when hired on to our team. I am very knowledgeable in the EO validation process from step a-z. Was regarded as a subject matter expert in the section where different colleagues looked to me to help collaborate on different problems to find the best solution. I took on the role as a sales support specialist in order to grow my knowledge of the company as a whole and be acquainted with all the different tests that we offer. This role is directly customer facing, because of this I have honed my customer support skills in order to help clients have the best experience with our company.
