I am a recipient of a Bachelors degree in IT from Pace University, hoping to put my knowledge of technology and design to use. I would like to work with developers in the industry to continue to enhance my skills and knowledge to be of better assistance to clients across all fields of business.Having spent more than three years working professionally with customers and businesses across the country as a consultant, I have acquired an appreciation on how to best assist in providing understanding and progress to those looking to enhance their technological applications. I have helped direct and realize high level business projects to modernize applications and their support to the benefit of users and developers.Beyond these accomplishments, I have also kept myself up to date on new technological standards, and keep an open and eager mind to further education and experiences that can make me more versatile and supportive to my colleagues and customers. I have taken great pride in my documentation (across software such as Jira and Confluence) and my capacity for explanation that can be used not only to tutor on basic application use, but hopefully inspire and reveal new possibilities for application functions.I try to maintain a both professional and friendly tone that respects those I work with while also allowing them to see me as a source of encouragement and understanding. I hope I can continue to be of use to those who need me and be a positive force for progress and project management in the workplace.
